SHIPPING
Once your order is received it will usually ship within 2 - 4 days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order is on it's way.
U.S. - USPS Priority Mail is used for all US orders. Shipping within 1-3 business days. Delivery estimates are 2 - 3 business days from ship date.
International - USPS First Class Mail International is used for all international orders. Shipping within 1-3 business days. Delivery estimates are 7 - 21 business days from ship date.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has shipped, we can no longer cancel it. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via our contact page.
RETURNS
We generally do not offer returns, as once decks and tarot accessories have been unwrapped or used we do not resell them. If you have made an error in your order or have any issue, please contact us via our contact page.
LOST PACKAGES
We insure all of our shipments. If you have not received you order, please contact us and we will look into filing an insurance claim in order to refund your order.

Retrospective Tarot - there is no companion document for this deck as it contains a mix of selected cards from previous decks, all reworked in a new style. This deck follows the traditional Rider-Waite card meanings.

Sui Generis Lenormand - available once you receive your deck, you will be able to access a private webpage related to the Sui Generis Lenormand by using the barcode on card 44 in your deck. Aim your phone camera at the barcode to be taken to the site.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Cloths, Bags, Kimonos - Hand wash with cool water, lay flat to dry. It is safe to iron these products, but we suggest starting on a lower temperature and using an ironing cloth as a safety barrier.
